Whether you choose our headquarters in Einbeck (Göttingen/Hannover area) or our growing location in Berlin – our offer of mobile working within Germany in coordination with the team leader ensures flexibility. A start is possible immediately, and the contract is permanent on our part. We offer the position full-time. 

 

Our (Junior) SAP Inhouse Consultant for Supply Chain Management is responsible for the following: 

  • Ensuring and delivering expertise and specific solutions in the SAP environment (S4/HANA) 
  • Consulting on the optimization of supply chain processes (end-to-end), with a focus on SCM Production Integration 
  • Coordinating external service providers for SAP application development and customizing, as well as managing external application support (AMS) 
  • Implementing business requirements according to schedule, budget, and quality / user satisfaction and acceptance, utilization rate 
  • Coordinating the introduction of new integration tasks in the production environment (Third Party MES systems, LIMS…) 
  • Building and transferring technical knowledge, validating and supplementing technical concepts, monitoring tickets, regular exchange with external service providers 

 

What you should bring with you: 

  • Completed studies in business informatics, economics, or completed vocational training  
  • Knowledge in the configuration/customizing of SAP modules PP and/or QM 
  • Project experience, which also includes independent, proactive working methods 
  • Curiosity and enjoyment of new things, as KWS is happy to be a pioneer in testing new features & tools 
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate internally & externally with many stakeholders and not lose sight of project plans 
  • Particularly good English skills, both written and spoken, as we need to communicate with various countries as a global department 

 

We are happy if you also bring the following, but we are also willing to train you in these areas: 

  • SAP PP/DS and MRP 
  • Basic knowledge of Business Technology Platform (BTP) 
  • Experience in the agricultural/seed industry 
  • German language skills
