If so, we invite you to join KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA as Project Manager (m/f/d) Digital Marketing & Services in a senior role within our Sugarbeet Business Unit!
In this role you will drive our innovative digital marketing initiatives, steering them from conception to successful execution. With a focus on websites, digital tools, services and campaigns, you will be the key player in shaping the future of our digital presence for the Sugarbeet Business Unit. You'll serve as the vital link between Global Marketing, Agroservice/Product Management, Digital Solutions and our international markets, ensuring seamless project execution in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, is permanent and full-time. The place of work is at KWS Kontor in Berlin or at our HQ in Einbeck (Lower Saxony).  

 

Your New Tasks:
•    Digital Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute a future-focused digital marketing strategy for the Sugarbeet Business Unit.
•    Roadmaps & Implementation responsibility : Develop and maintain channel & service specific roadmaps, content and campaigns. Enable local markets to successfully implement campaigns using the relevant tools and platforms.
•    Measure Success: Establish KPIs to track and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities and ensure continuous improvement.
•    Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and deliver impactful results.
•    Lead with Expertise: Provide leadership for our digital implementation manager and collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive success.

 

Your Profile:
•    Academic Background: University degree in marketing, agricultural sciences, agricultural economics, or a related field with a marketing focus
•    Experience: Several years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with expertise in email and social media marketing, as well as digital campaigning
•    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, develop insights, and implement effective solutions
•    Communication & Collaboration: A persuasive and open personality with outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment
•    Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects across regions and cultures
•    Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented and independent work style, with a strong drive to achieve excellence
•    Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other relevant platforms
•    Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with knowledge of German being an asset
