Start with us as Agile Software Development Team Lead (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Lower Saxony on fulltime and unlimited contract.

 

Your daily objective will be:

  • As Agile Software Development Team Lead (m/f/d) you coach and support several teams of highly motivated and professional software developers
  • You provide the right framework conditions that ensure a self-responsible way of working and a high productivity of the team
  • You motivate the development teams to experiment with new ways of working to promote motivation, creativity and knowledge building
  • Together with the developers, you define the architecture and the technologies used for the new software projects
  • You are disciplinarily responsible for your team members
  • In the further development of the team, you are also responsible for the further hiring of new employees

 
Bring in your strengths:

  • University degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience as a developer in an agile software development team
  • First leadership experiences of development teams using agile methods
  • Knowledge of current web technologies, frameworks, and practices (e.g. Angular, C#, ASP.NET Core, Docker/Kubernetes, Behavior Driven Development)
  • Joy in software architecture and conceptual tasks as well as an optimistic approach
  • Practical experience with domain-driven design desirable
  • Very good knowledge of English and German required
