You will be responsible for the continuous development of our customer portfolio and actively contribute to the sales strategy of KWS products. Become a partner of our customers and a member of our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA.


The following is your responsibility with this role:

  • As a Sales and Seed Expert (m/f/d) in the field, you will be the knowledgeable expert for our customers on the subject of corn & canola
  • You cultivate your customer relationships with creativity and commitment. With your convincing manner, you will win new customers for our company and thus steadily expand our market position.
  • You work intensively with farmers, biogas operators, the agricultural trade and opinion leaders in the region and develop a sustainable partnership
  • Through a high level of customer satisfaction, you will generate commercial deals directly with the customer
  • You will provide technically and professionally sound advice and support for the products
  • You actively participate in marketing and strategy development in the region
  • You organize and support established trial locations and present the latest genetics from KWS with great enthusiasm

Contribute your strengths: 

  • You have a degree in agricultural sciences or comparable training in the field of agriculture and ideally have initial professional experience
  • You are a passionate consultant & salesperson (m/f/d) and enjoy active customer contact
  • You have experience in crop production and combine this with commercial skills
  • You convince with your confident appearance, you are very communicative and with your arguments you convince your customers
  • You also like to work independently, are creative and can organize yourself very well
  •  Your profile is rounded off by a class B / BE driver's license
