We, as KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, are looking for an open-minded and highly motivated Business Process Manager (all gender) to strengthen our team in the field of sugarbeet production at the headquarter in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany)

 

What the role with us includes:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our sugarbeet production and further developing our digitalization in the new SAP/S4 Hana. You will coordinate and support the identification and implementation of new processes in the areas of master data, production orders and all related processes for production control. Furthermore, you will act as a coordinator (all gender) between different teams and control the implementation in the IT landscape as well as the process understanding of the users by, for example, creating training and process documentation. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about identifying optimization and automation potential,  as well as open-mindedness and inventiveness in helping to shape the future SAP/S4 HANA landscape. The development of company-wide standardized processes and applications with a focus on sugar beet production in the S4 HANA project will be a key area of responsibility for this position.

What we want from you:

  • Extensive user knowledge of SAP, especially in the MM/PP modules
  • Knowledge of production processes, ideally in the agricultural sector
  • First experience in the field of project management as an organizational talent and team player with strong communication skills
  • The strength to deal with change in a positive way 
  • Effective and transparent written and oral communication in German and English as well as a high level of interpersonal skills
