KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) for our office in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. The person will be responsible for the development and shaping of a seamless digital customer experience.
The position is unlimited and in full-time.
 
Your Tasks:

  • Concept and build up e-commerce and direct sales solutions for KWS Group.
  • Act as a product owner for online shop systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Organize the rollout of marketing solutions to markets and business units.
  • Oversee the ongoing improvement of online platforms and marketing activities in terms of conversion, traffic and revenue generation.
  • Develop and shape a flawless digital customer experience across all channels (omni-channel).

 
Your Profile:

  • Ideally an academic degree with focus on digitalization, technology or marketing.
  • Experience in agile and waterfall project management.
  • Expertise in establishing complex marketing solutions.
  • Know-how knowledge in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing and eSpirit is a plus.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between marketing, business and IT departments. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are of advantage.
