Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer LIMS-Software and ELN-Software. 
• Develop and implement LIMS and ELN systems in KWS laboratories and glasshouses globally. 
• Implement ELN as a complement to LIMS to ensure digital documentation and traceability. 
• Develop interfaces between databases and software used in the labs. 
• Provide user support and training for ELN and LIMS. 
• Organize data flow and data analysis in cooperation with laboratory managers. 

Your Profile: 

• Educational Background & Lab Expertise: You hold a university degree in biology, computer science, or a related field, and have hands-on experience in lab work with a deep understanding of lab processes. 
• Tech-Savvy & Programming Skills: You are proficient in LIMS and/or ELN systems, lab hardware, and relational databases. Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, and experience in product ownership or SCRUM/agility, are highly desirable. 
• MS Office Pro & Logical Thinker: You navigate MS Office applications with ease and have the proficiency to structure processes logically, streamline workflows and boosting efficiency. 
• Project Management Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in Project Management and/or Business Analysis is a bonus that will enhance your contributions. 
• Independent, Precise & Customer-Oriented Team Player: You work independently with determination and precision, ensuring high-quality results. Your strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset make you an excellent team player. 
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
