For the Marketing Team Germany and Austria at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are seeking a dedicated Expert Marketing (m/f/d) Process Optimization Sales. In this forward-looking role, you will analyze existing process chains and the system landscape in marketing and sales, aiming to develop optimization proposals from a customer perspective. Your focus will be on simplification, automation, and improving the customer experience in the seed ordering process. As a crucial interface between Business Units, Marketing, and IT, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the conception, introduction, and implementation of new innovations and to contribute your ideas.
This exciting and varied position is full-time and permanent, based in Einbeck or Wohlde.


Your scope of work:

  • Performance Monitoring: As a Power BI (PBI) expert, you will be the central point of contact for sales reporting and independently create dashboards that you continuously optimize.
  • Innovation for the IT system landscape: You will analyze existing software tools in sales, customer service, and customer contacts (Salesforce, SAP) and bring innovative ideas to create more agility and transparency. 
  • Networking and effective communication: You will build and maintain solid networks with various departments and stakeholders within KWS (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure efficient exchange of customer data. 
  • Project Management: You will accompany the implementation of new processes and support communication and roll-out.


Bring Your Strengths: 

  • You have a degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Marketing or Sales) or a comparable qualification. 
  • You have a basic understanding of topics such as process management and/or project management and have already worked with a CRM system. 
  • You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Power BI, as you will be working with these tools on a daily basis. 
  • You have a strong analytical and conceptual focus and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex system structures
