For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to strengthen our HR Business Partner team. 

In this exciting role, you will be part of a great HR Business Partner team and the central point of contact and sparring partner for the leaders in your area of responsibility. You will work on a wide range of HR topics, from operational HR topics to strategic HR projects.

 

This position will initially be filled on a temporary and full-time basis at our headquarters in Einbeck to cover for a colleague who is on long-term sickness leave.

 

The following exciting tasks await you in this role:  

  • First point of contact and sparring partner for the managers in your area of responsibility
  • Proactive advice to managers on strategic and operational HR topics and development of suitable solutions
  • Advice and support on all employee life cycle topics, in particular recruitment, performance management, personnel development and labor law topics
  • Key role in annual HR processes such as personnel cost planning or succession planning
  • Ensuring the implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and deriving strategic and operational measures for your own area of responsibility
  • Interface management between the Centers of Expertise and the Shared Service Center
  • Management and support of exciting HR projects
  • Cooperation with the works council committees

 

Bring in your strengths:

  • Completed vocational training or an academic degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Law, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Proven, multi-year professional experience in the field of HR; ideally in an international company
  • Proven experience in working with works councils
  • Assertiveness combined with a high level of conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the right amount of diplomacy
  • Profound knowledge of German labor law
  • Ability to analyze HR key figures and derive suitable measures
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs and other relevant IT systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
