As our new Head of Customer Service & Logistics Germany (m/f/d) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, you will not just manage processes—you will craft journeys that reflect our commitment to excellence. 

 

Guiding a team of passionate experts, you will ensure our supply chain flows seamlessly, delivering trust and reliability to our clients, from farmers to professional partners. Your leadership will leverage cutting-edge IT and ERP systems to streamline operations, elevating the customer experience.

This is a permanent role to be filled in full-time. Your place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck or Wohlde. 

 

 

Your New Tasks: 

 

  • Driving the change process to a customer centric organization  
  • Leading, empowering and developing the disposition and customer service team to ensure the best customer service to our clients 
  • Work closely with the sales, production, and the international logistic team to secure the best possible service for direct clients & partners 
  • Timely deliveries and seed stock management in collaboration with external partners and local team 
  • Proactively developing the complete logistic / supply chain system according to the  German market needs and different strategic initiatives  
  • Setting up and elaborating objectives, policies and procedures for logistic activities and initiatives in close exchange with Sales and  Marketing (Connecting Sales, SDL) 
  • Local interface between IT, logistics and commercial teams  
  • Managing all after sales processes, accurate and timely invoicing to all clients, first level support in all customer related topics 
  • Seed certification and seed sample coordination  
  • Order management in Salesforce and SAP, Drive automization and maximize cross crop synergies (S4 roll-out, SF lightning, dealer portal)   

 

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • University Degree in supply chain, logistics, economics or comparable 
  • Relevant experience in logistic services and/or customer/sales support 
  • Knowledge of agricultural market is a plus  
  • Operational knowledge of SAP and Salesforce  
  • Knowledge of general IT programs and IT affinity 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in leading a team

  • Very good command of both German and English
