This is a permanent role to be filled full-time. Your place of work is at our HQ  in Einbeck or location Wohlde. 

 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive the change process to a customer centric organization  
  • Lead, empower and develop the team of Product Managers and agroservice specialist to ensure the best possible sales and customer support.  
  • Ensure a good portfolio management in all crops (cross crop portfolio steering), as well as technical support in how to optimize the use for the sales organization and customers.  
  • Ensure the delivery of content to the marketing department to support the promotion of our KWS products and tools through all channels.  
  • Provide regular and tailor-made trainings to ensure technical education of the sales team, same as the customers. 
  • Product management functions for all relevant crops (testing, trialing, portfolio steering, registration, content production).     
  • Creating standards and synergies maintaining crop-specific knowledge on the one hand and creating a common cross-crop understanding and processes on the other hand 
  • Maintain relations and ensure exchange with breeders, as well as international PM, production departments and Global Marketing/Sales Engagement department 
  • Maintaining a vast network to external stakeholders such as Universities, institutes, agricultural state bodies and other related industries. 
  • Provide tools, services and content, targeted to group of growers 

 

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • Relevant experience in product management and understanding of the agronomy on German farms 
  • Track record in leading a team paired with strong leadership skills 
  • Very good communication skills with different target and stakeholder groups, internally and externally 
  • Open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset paired with positive thinking & leading change 
  • Excellent command of German and English
