In this role as our new Junior Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d) you will focus on steering production controlling processes, calculating production costs and creating meaningful analyses and accurate reports that bring clarity and support smart decision-making. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues around the world—because teamwork here truly knows no borders. 

 

This is a permanent position and available on a full-time basis. Ideally, you will start as of August 1st, 2025 or earlier. 

 

The place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. 

  

 

Your key responsibilities:

 

  • Cost controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification cost saving opportunities 
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: support the Business Partners Controlling with COGM calculation as well as the  steering collection of production details 
  • Closings: preparation of WIP booking, calculation of COGS by crop for quarterly closing, and inventory management (limited scope) 
  • Master data: maintenance of master data in accordance with established steering models 
  • Collaboration and communication: collaborating with international production and controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance 

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, agribusiness or comparable 
  • First professional experience in (production) controlling and/or finance – ideally in an international environment or having worked as an intern / working student in the field of controlling or finance 
  • Proven IT literacy in MS Excel - having worked with SAP R3, S4 Hana, Business Warehouse is an asset 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Structured, self-motivated and self-organized individual 
  • Able to drive goal achievements 
  • Committed team player 
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
