For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for the AgroService Sugarbeet in Germany & Austria as soon as possible. AgroService combines the areas of plant breeding, marketing and sales within KWS.

As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure strategic and creative orientation in the technical area of sugarbeet with a view to current and future developments in the market.


The place of work is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony/Germany), furthermore this exciting and diversified position is temporary for 2 years and full time.

Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:

  • Development of strategic, technical and creative concepts for the innovative sugar beet cultivation of the future.
  • Development of digital consulting tools
  • Creation of advisory-relevant technical content & technical articles for digital media and print media
  • Conception, coordination and organization of field trials in sugar beet cultivation
  • Development of product arguments for the sales organization
  • Provision and processing of data and results for the positioning of varieties
  • Preparing technical content and conducting training at internal and external events

Your profile - competence meets personality:

  • Completed studies in agricultural sciences with a focus on agricultural economics, crop production or a comparable degree program
  • High practical relevance and strong interest in new technologies
  • Good knowledge of crop production and basic knowledge of agricultural business management
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills combined with a confident manner, and organizational talent
  • Creativity, flexibility and initiative as well as a high degree of teamwork and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking, independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • In-depth IT knowledge in Microsoft applications (affinity in IT systems, project management software and statistical software, if applicable)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken) complete your profile
