The position is permanent and on a full-time basis. Your place of work is either at our Berlin-based subsidiary KWS Berlin GmbH  - or at our HQ in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. Hybrid working is possible.

Your New Projects & Tasks:

• Collaboration in the further development of the global collaboration platform based on M365.
• Consulting for departments and business units on the effective use of M365 applications, consulting on process automation using Microsoft Power-Platform
• Design and concept creation in the area of M365 applications and power apps
• Management of external service providers within the scope of project implementation
• Management of the operation (outsourcing) of the KWS M365 platform
• Establishment and assurance of reliable support structures
• Development of a uniform standard for the use and operation of M365 applications or M365 self-developed apps for the KWS Group which can be operated efficiently
   

Your Profile:

• Completed IT specialist training or having a degree in computer science or in a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the M365 environment
• Expertise (IT systems and processes), focus on all applications of the M365 suite and on IT automation solutions 
• related workshops
• Very good knowledge in agile project management
• Structured, independent way of working
• Excellent customer orientation (internal and external)
• Team player with very good organizational and communication skills
• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
