In this role, you will support the planning and operation of our state-of-the-art seed processing plant technology. The position is permanent and full-time. The workplace is at the headquarters of KWS SAAT SE & CO. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany.

Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility: 

• Supervise and support the planning of the IT environment of the process plants for seed processing.
• Organize and implement security related tasks in our production facilities.
• Cooperation with Global IT and the plant managers
• Support of the ticket systems, analysis of errors as well as initiation and control of improvements and updates
• Handling projects for the use of process data
• Change management and environment documentation 
• Creation of interface descriptions and database queries

Your profile - competence meets personality: 

• You have a degree in technology or a comparable qualification in the field of IT.
• You have experience with IT/OT systems and are confident in using Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• You have a strong understanding of network technology, database systems, automation and control technology, and process data processing.
• Programming skills in SQL, C# or a similar language are essential.
• Advanced knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
