For the Marketing Team Germany and Austria at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA we are looking for a Expert Marketing (m/f/d) Process Optimization Sales. The chosen person will develop the optimization potential of the internal system landscape and process chains of KWS with a customer-oriented approach. Furthermore, the role will entail supporting the design, introduction and implementation of innovations, focusing on simplifying and automating complex processes. The position represents the nexus between business units, marketing and IT and the respective software key users. 
This exciting and multifaceted job is permanent and full-time. 

These will be your main tasks:

  • Process optimization of all ordering procedures (direct and indirect/online and offline). 
  • Optimization of the KWS system landscape and processes for customer services and customer contacts
  • Connecting various departments and stakeholders within KWS' internal IT system landscape enabling the exchange of customer data
  • Optimization of internal and external customer processes for greater transparency and faster exchange of information in view of increasing customer satisfaction
  • Identification of opportunities for value enhancement and management of strategic target achievement within the German and Austrian markets
  • Monitoring of the implementation progress as well as communication and roll-out support in the implementation of new processes 
  • Continuous performance monitoring

Leverage your strengths:

  • College or university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or information technology, or comparable education
  • Initial experience with the leading ERP systems; knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is desirable
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working coupled with a quick grasp of complex system structures
  • High degree of analytical assessment and design of potential solutions
  • High willingness and motivation to drive innovations forward
