We are seeking to recruit at the earliest convenience on a full-time and permanent contract basis a Sales & Project Manager Beet Quality Analysis (m/f/d) to support our Business Unit Sugarbeet of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at Einbeck/Lower Saxony/Germany. As Sales & Project Manager Beet Quality Analysis (m/f/d) you will be responsible for an effective implementation of the NIRS-based Beetrometer® technology business of the Business Unit covering all value chain levels from customer contact/sales to management of component supplying partners and further development of the technology in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


Your tasks:

  • Lead of project activities ex-North America.
  • Development of a long-term strategy for value generation by beet quality analysis for KWS Group.
  • Implementation of existing projects with customers.
  • Management of all sales/marketing-related processes: relationship management/concept development/pricing/communication/contract preparation.
  • Management of component suppliers: contracts/relationships/further technological development.
  • Further development of technology in close collaboration with internal external stakeholders: implementation of already defined R&D measures as well as activities to generate additional value for clients and the KWS Group with beet quality analysis.


Your profile:

  • Academic degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Chemistry, Industrial engineering and Management or related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management/business development/sales.
  • Professional experience in the field of NIRS technology is an asset.
  • Professional written and verbal English is mandatory, additional language skills (German in particular) are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to move projects from conceptual to implementation phase.
  • Effective communication and intercultural skills.
  • Ability to positively cope with change and a strong target orientation.
  • Sound use of MS Office package is essential.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of working time.
