We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP S4HANA Module Owner (all gender) Logistics to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany. This permanent full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a challenging and demanding business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and steer the work stream in the S4HANA Program through all SAP Activate phases.
  • Module ownership, particularly for SAP TM/WM: business process definition, -documentation, planning, testing and rollout support.
  • Prepare sprint planning and align review dates with the module team.
  • Monitor the progress of the sprints and maintain backlogs in JIRA.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the S4HANA program and multiple internal departments and external vendors.
  • Conduct continuous gap analysis to identify the need for system adjustments and/or user training.
  • Organize and coordinate user support in sales, logistics, and production. Ticket support. Management of roles and access rights.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Academic degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration/Economics with an IT focus, or equivalent.
  • Several years of professional experience in SAP process/project management, particularly with TM/WM modules.
  • Proven goal-oriented and structured project management skills in complex, international, challenging and demanding business environment. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: ability to move projects from the conceptual to the implementation phase.
  • Skills to create, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to positively cope with change and lead the transformational process.
  • Effective and transparent communication in English (written & spoken), with strong intercultural and interpersonal skills, additional language skills (especially German) are an asset.
