In this key role, based at the Einbeck site of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA you will be responsible for coordinating the planning process and ensuring its accurate representation in relevant systems, while maintaining close collaboration with various departments within the KWS organization. You will have a comprehensive overview of sales and demand trends and manage product availability, distribution, and contract processes for the Corn / Oilseedrape segment – all with the goal of ensuring reliable and demand-driven customer supply. This full-time position is permanent.

Your Tasks – Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Coordinate the planning process for the crops corn, oilseed rape, sunflower, and sorghum, including data maintenance in relevant systems
• Ensure adherence to planning deadlines and develop a comprehensive understanding of sales and demand developments
• Further develop the “bottom-up” planning process and ensure the accuracy and quality of planning data
• Continuously monitor sales and market trends, and communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor product availability and initiate appropriate actions to manage stock levels and deliveries
• Oversee the processing and distribution of prepared volumes between distribution centers and customers
• Prepare contracts for retail partners and contribute to cross-functional projects as well as to customer-specific requests within Customer Order Management

Your Profile – Expertise Meets Personality:

• University degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in demand planning and sound knowledge of the supported products and their markets
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP/Salesforce is a plus
• Flexible, proactive, and reliable with a structured and independent working style
• Strong collaboration skills and confident communication in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
