We are looking for a full-time and permanent Sr. Research Technical Assistant (m/f/d) Chemical Analytics for our Chemistry department at the Einbeck site within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA as soon as possible.
 


Your tasks:

  • Routine determination of various ingredients with a wide range of methods within the framework of various breeding programs (HPLC; HPLC-MS; GC; GC-MS)
  • Development and establishment of new measurement methods in the field of food ingredients, protein and flavor analysis
  • Create, review, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Developing, documenting and carrying out method validations
  • Preparation of sample preparation protocols
  • Documentation of analytical work in accordance with ISO 17025
  • Working in biochemical plants (S1 laboratory)

 
Your profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemistry, food chemistry, biochemistry or related fields
  • Specializations in the areas of food and/or flavor and/or protein analysis are an advantage
  • Extended knowledge of modern chemical analysis in the field of chromatography
  • Experience in the field of genetic engineering (S1 project manager) desirable
  • Secure use of Microsoft Office programs and CDS (Chromatography Data System)
  • Ability to work in a team, independent and structured way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English
