Join the team of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA as Supply Chain Manager (all genders) of our Corn Business Unit at our headquarters in Einbeck, Lower-Saxony! In this role you have the chance to lead global supply planning, improve supply chain performance, and work with international teams across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to influence key processes in a forward-thinking agricultural company contributing to global food security. This exciting position is permanent and full-time.


Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:

  • Process Owner for the demand-and supply planning processes. 
  • Support the Global Multiplication Planning for the Corn Business Unit.
  • Guide regional demand and supply planners and support country organizations 
  • Coordinate with seed plants and processing managers to connect planning and execution
  • Prepare Sales & Operation Planning Meetings.
  • Analyze Supply Chain processes and monitor relevant KPIs
  • Independently implement initiatives to improve the supply chain KPIS
  • Drive the digitalization of the KWS Supply Chain, including S&OP and Integrated Business Planning.


Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:

  • Degree in agricultural engineering, economics, supply chain management or related field.
  • Professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or controlling.
  • Proven expertise in demand and supply planning. 
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel and Power BI); knowledge of Power Apps and SAP R3/ECC or SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
  • Experience in the management of complex projects in an international context, is a plus
  • Intercultural competence, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Methodical competence, analytical thinking skills and a strong process orientation paired with a structured and goal-oriented work style.
  • Advanced English skills (mandatory); German or French is a plus.
