We are looking to recruit as soon as possible a Team Lead (m/f/d) in cell biology laboratory to join the in vitro processes and clone bank team of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at our location in Einbeck/Germany on fulltime basis with an unlimited contract.
 
That awaits you:

• Planning and organisation of the short- and long-term clone storage and related processes
• Alignment with local and international customers about incoming projects  
• Management of in-vitro leaf sampling processes for ploidy and marker analysis of the double haploid production
• Leading a team of several research technicians (personal planning, people development, problem solving)
• Identification and implementation of process optimization measures
• Application and further advancement of LIMS in cooperation with IT and data experts
• Collaboration with QM experts in enhancing the quality and process management in the laboratory

 
With this profile you fit to the position:

• Completed PT, ATA, BTA education, Plant Technologist Master Certificate or Bachelor in agricultural science, biology, or comparable education
• Experience or potential of leading a team
• Work experience in sterile laboratory is required, experience in in-vitro plant propagation is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken German and knowledge of English is essential
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Structured and determined working method
