Do you want to gain your first insights into finance and controlling during your studies in an international company? Then you’ve come to the right place.

 

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Controlling for approximately 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible, for at least six months in the Finance department at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in our headquarter in Einbeck, with the option to work hybrid.

 

Try things out and develop yourself further - with us, you’ll be involved from the very beginning and have the opportunity to work on interesting projects.

 

 What you can look forward to:

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and month-/year-end closing activities.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and variances.
  • Support automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.
  • Maintain and validate financial data in SAP and reporting systems.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for Finance/Controlling and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders from Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Treasury teams.
  • Contribute to finance projects, process documentation, and system testing.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Support the Global Finance & Controlling teams in day-to-day operational activities.

 

What you bring:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or a Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge are a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment.
