For our company KWS Seed Plant in Elets, Lipetsk region, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position of Business Assistant (m/w/n) with English to provide organizational, documentation and information activities for the manager and the organization as a whole.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the manager in allocating his working hours, planning travel and organizing meetings, maintaining accounting forms, preparing final documents, etc
• Corresponding and interacting with partners, visitors, authorities and staff on administrative matters
• Entering and processing data and documents in the archive, ensuring information security of the organization's activities
• Organization of business travel documents, travel vouchers and other documents necessary to maintain the work of the office
• Organization of preparation processes for events
• Performing oral and written translations from English

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (major, bachelor's degree)
• Primary work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level
• Proficient PC user, in particular Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Ability to multitask, stress resistance, responsibility, attentiveness
• Strong communication skills
