KWS Türk is looking for a Lead of Marketing & Communications Türkiye who will be responsible for looking after all KWS Türk marketing activities for all field crops in the Turkish market, especially development of customer segment concepts, product marketing, CRM, online marketing, brand management and marketing analytics, while aiming to optimise the Cost of Sales (COS) and share of wallet per customer segment.
This permanent position is located in our Turkish HQ, Eskişehir, and available in full-time.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, empower, and develop the local marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Steer all marketing disciplines - digital, product, data, and events - by aligning annual plans, priorities, and controlling activities.
- Develop and refine customer segment strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and key stakeholders.
- Drive the effective development and utilization of Salesforce, ensuring proper adoption and usage within the sales organization.
- Champion the shift toward a customer‑centric culture across the organization.
- Optimize Cost of Sales (COS) and increase share of wallet across customer segments.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and execute marketing projects in alignment with business objectives.
- Translate global crop strategies into impactful local implementation and develop mid‑ and long‑term local marketing strategies, including budget ownership.
- Oversee marketing budget and performance controlling to support business growth.Monitor and drive key commercial KPIs such as customer contactability, data completeness, digital engagement, sales development, and brand awareness.
- Support sales excellence by enhancing customer interactions and contributing to sales team satisfaction.
Your Profile:
- You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Eskişehir - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Several years of marketing experience; candidates with a background in agricultural marketing will be prioritized.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, managing budgets and resources, and driving change and continuous improvement initiatives within an organization.
- Experience building complex, omni‑channel marketing ecosystems.
- Strong background in performance marketing and COS‑driven channel management.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and customer journey management; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively at the intersection of Marketing, Business, and IT.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
- Highly analytical with a strong drive toward economic and performance results.
- Skilled across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- Valid B class driver’s license.
- No travel restrictions within Türkiye and internationally.
