KWS Türk is looking for their new Lead of Product Management & Agroservice to be based in their HQ, Eskisehir, Türkiye. You will lead the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support and drive the development of cross-crop tools and services. This position is also responsible for developing business opportunities amongst all new KWS initiatives.

 
The position is unlimited and full-time position.  

 
Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, empower and develop the team of product managers to ensure the best possible sales and customer support.
  • Ensure the continuous optimization of the cross-crop portfolio according to internal and external factors
  • Drive the development of cross-crop tools and services.
  • Ensure the delivery of content to the marketing department to support the promotion of tools as well as content for marketing material on all channels.  
  • Ensure mid- and long-term cross-crop portfolio by testing, trialing and registration.
  • Plan trials, field demos, training and activities within the limits of the agreed budget.
  • Optimize product and service offers for the Turkish market to deliver max. value for customers.
  • Drive the change process to a customer centric organization.  

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in agriculture and/or management or marketing.  
  • Min. 5 years of experience as a product manager.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Turkish farming conditions, agricultural market, and the seed business.
  • Strong cooperative leadership skills incl. change management.
  • Proven management, agronomical & sales skills (tools, strategies, techniques).
  • Fluent in Turkish and English language (verbal and written).
  • Target-oriented and strong commitment to achieve budgets.
  • Excellent organization, communication and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking & strategic awareness.
  • No restrictions for travelling abroad.
  • No restrictions for frequently travelling in Türkiye (at least 50% of time).
  • Valid B class driver’s license and no restrictions for driving frequently.
