KWS Italia SpA is looking for a Station Technician for our site in Monselice. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Advise farmers or contractors responsible for managing agricultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in the fields under your responsibility.
• General monitoring and supervision of production fields, including all evaluations required by breeders.
• Plan, organize, and oversee activities carried out by employees under your responsibility.
• Handle harvesting and transplanting.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations as requested by Management for activities under your responsibility.
• Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by Management.
• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in compliance with the company’s health and safety standards.

Key skills and required background:

• Residence in Monselice.
• Diploma or technical certificate in agriculture.
• At least 2 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in seed production.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Valid driving license.
• Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain one).
• Good knowledge of Italian and preferably English.
