• Carry out agricultural activities according to instructions and deadlines, such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in fields where KWS has production agreements with farmers.
• Operate, monitor, and supervise agricultural machinery and other equipment.
• Maintain agricultural machinery and other equipment in compliance with rules and operational standards. Report problems or risks promptly.
• Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by management.
• Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in line with the company’s health and safety standards.

Key skills and required background:

• Residence in Monselice or willingness to relocate.
  Experience in the agricultural sector (preferably at least 2 years in farming/seed production).
  Knowledge of MS Office programs.
  Valid driving license.
  Valid tractor and truck driving license (or willingness to obtain it).
  Ability to handle agricultural machinery and modern techniques such as GPS systems.
  Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy.
  Fluent Italian; English is considered an advantage.
