At KWS Vegetables, we're seeking a passionate and motivated Trial Development Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team within our Business Unit Vegetables in Murcia, Spain. In this permanent, full-time role, you will spearhead field trials, collect and analyze data, and support key product development initiatives. If you excel in field trial management and data analysis, and you are driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence in the agricultural sector, we want to hear from you!                

Key duties:

• Product performance trials and data collection to determine the added value of new varieties
• Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of trials, collection of data, analysis and reports.
• Support Product Development Manager in the proposal for PLC advancement (data) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and conducting field trials in the assigned territory, PMC’s, independently
  or with distributors / agents in the region, all in line with crop trial plan and in coordination with RPM
• Trail plan design, execution, data collection, analysis, reports with the use of tools like Mercado
• Part of the team, together with sales, breeding, RPM, collecting information about market, customers, competitors
• Provides a high level of product information
• Define (growing) advice related to product
• Trial protocol design and improvement

  Your profile:

• Requires a minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture
• Experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred
• General experience in product development, trial evaluation
• Fluent English in word and writing are an advantage
