KWS Benelux B.V. is seeking an experienced and people focused Station Manager for our site in Nagele. In this full-time, unlimited position, you will take overall responsibility for the station’s operations, lead a committed team, and ensure that all activities are delivered to the highest standard. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Hold full responsibility for KWS Station Nagele.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team in alignment with KWS values.
• Coordinate and steer all activities and projects assigned to the station, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all station activities within the approved budget.
• Connect station activities to the KWS strategic plan and foster a collaborative, high efficiency working environment.
• Plan and manage station resources, including facilities, personnel, machinery, equipment, and mid-term investment needs.
• Serve as the main interface for station-related topics and contribute to cross crop and cross station strategic projects.
• Represent the station externally towards business partners and third parties.
• Prepare budgets, define key projects, and oversee technical and disciplinary team supervision.
• Manage personnel and conduct yearly ESDs.
• Organize and implement relevant training programs.
• Ensure compliance with working time rules, EHS requirements, and all safety regulations.

Your Profile

You bring:

• An (applied sciences)university degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven leadership experience in comparable roles.
• Business fluency in English and Dutch.
• Strong IT skills.
• Knowledge of plant breeding, production, field operations, technologies, and EHS.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage complex structures.
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• An empathetic and inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and build commitment through professionalism and reliability.
