Are you seeking for a challenging work environment that will boost your sales career forward in the agricultural business?

Join our dynamic team as the new Sales Representative (m/f/d) in KWS Sjeme d.o.o in Croatia, to take care about customers in the part of Bjelovarsko-bilogorska and part of Sisačko-moslavačka županija, perform field consultancy, variety advice, create demand for the KWS seeds, collect orders and work with distributors. The position is permanent and will be filled on a full-time basis as soon as possible.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of annual sales targets for respective KWS crops;
  • Advice and support to KWS customers. Finding and acquiring new customers;
  • Conduct marketing and product activities to achieve sales targets and brand knowledge (i.e. product variety trials, field days, events, seminars, product training, content for online marketing tools);
  • Frequent exchange of information with direct supervisor to inform about market situation, changes, competition, events in the respective region;
  • Support direct supervisor in business and relations with important customers, smaller distributors and sub-distributors and potential partners for cooperation;
  • Teamwork and collaboration with other Regional Sales Representatives as well as Marketing, Product and Logistics colleagues to achieve KWS common goals.

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed high education studies in the agricultural field;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Up-to-date business knowledge, especially in the field of sales;
  • Sales experience, agronomic knowledge, and business knowledge preferred;
  • English proficiency;
  • Driving license cathegory B.
