What you can look forward to:  

• Technical supervision of performance tests and stress tests as well as coordination of the measures to be taken
• Maintenance of the database section related to the scope of responsibilities and efficient dissemination of the data generated in the breeding program
• Timely data collection and statistical analysis
• Preparation of summary analyses and presentation graphics as part of the annual reporting process
• Independent preparation of the raw material for the use of internal field tests
• Technical guidance of seasonal staff

Bring in your strengths:

• Completed training or studies in the field of agricultural economics, horticultural science or a comparable degree.  
• Good knowledge of crop cultivation and experience in field trials are an advantage 
• Independent working style, team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
• Good skills in common MS-Office applications and Driving licence class B
• Business fluent German as well as good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel seasonally (up to 10%)
