At KWS, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for Chile, Peru and Brazil. You will act as a strategic partner to the business to drive performance results, increase organizational effectiveness and maximize efficiency. This includes implementing strategic HR programs such as performance management, manager and employee development, compensation processes and succession planning. Also, you will work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and lead career development initiatives.  In addition, you will support the business in growing by participating in recruiting activities and helping to find the best talents for KWS.  This position can be based in either Brazil (Campinas or Uberlândia) or Chile (Rancagua).

 

YOUR TASKS

  • You will work with management and the HR teams to develop and implement HR plans and solutions;
  • You will be the connection between Global HR Teams and the business – making sure that you support the business in all decision-making processes by providing the appropriate information, reports, and analysis;
  • You will partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment and development;
  • You will provide counselling to employees, and support and challenge managers in the production area regarding performance management system, personnel cost planning and forecasting, succession planning, career paths, developments, conflict resolutions, etc.
  • You take a critical role in finding, attracting and developing the best talents for production teams;
  • You will provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions;
  • You will work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests;
  • You will ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures and alignment of HR related programs by partnering with peers and colleagues;
  • Ability to handle the 'hands-on' day-to-day management of tasks, resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet account objectives;
  • You will partner with other HRBP on hires, leaves, and other related to employee end-to end cycle;
  • You will be part and / or lead projects to improve processes and workflows.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Preferably you have an academic degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, labor law or a comparable field of study.
  • You have at least 6 years of HR professional experience in a globally operating company, and you can also draw on practical knowledge in project management. Agribusiness experience is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese and open to travel.
  • Your strong communication skills ensure the right level of diplomacy on the one hand and assertiveness on the other hand.
  • You have professional experience in talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning, recruitment, and personal development.
  • You have experience on strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets; Excel skills are required
  • Furthermore, you can analyze HR key figures to develop goals from them and to advance decisive requirements with sound and economically efficient thinking
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources.
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • You have user experience of all relevant IT systems such as Microsoft, SAP, etc.
