As a key player in our team, you'll be at the forefront of our assortment innovation whilst managing and conducting field trials with key accounts. Your analytical skills will help us unlock new potentials and bring groundbreaking products and solutions to market. You'll collaborate with our dynamic Customer Teams and Product Managers, gathering insights and driving advancements that make a real impact.

Your responsibilities:
- Managing and conducting field trials in the assigned territory, PMC’s, independently
- or with distributors / agents in the region, all in line with crop trial plan and in coordination with RPM
- Trail plan design, execution, data collection, analysis, reports with the use of tools like Mercado
- Support the Product Manager in proposing Product Life Cycle advancements based on trial data.
- Part of the team, together with sales, breeding, RPM, collecting information about market, customers, competitors
- Trial protocol design and improvement.
Your duties:
- Product performance trials and data collection to determine the added value of new varieties
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of trials, collection of data, analysis and reports.
- Support Product Development Manager in the proposal for PLC advancement (data)
To seed your future, you've got the following skills:
- Pioneering mentality with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 70% of the time).
- Profieciency in English is an advantage.
