Then start with us as Area and Sales Consultant for organic seeds for the region of Southern Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hesse, Saarland). Become a strong consulting partner for our customers and a valuable member of our highly motivated team, which is based directly on the organic farm of the KWS Klostergut in the southern part of Lower Saxony!

 

As an area and sales consultant for organic seed you will be responsible for the continuous development of your customer base in the area of southern Germany and will also actively contribute your experience to the sales strategy of the KWS organic product portfolio. We offer you an unlimited full-time contract at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA.


The following is your responsibility:

  • Professional consulting and support of (large) regional customers for our high-performance organic seed portfolio as well as the acquisition of orders.
  • Ensuring and optimizing the organic information offer through versatile consulting activities or lecture tours at various field days
  • Exciting and varied internal project work at a globally operating company
  • Implementation and optimization of events on site
  • Support and cooperation in marketing activities through your extensive sales know-how
  • Independent territory and customer potential analyses 
  • Use of our modern CRM system (Salesforce) for effective customer and territory management

 
Contribute your strengths:

  • Ideally, you have completed studies in agricultural sciences or a corresponding education with professional experience and a high affinity for organic seeds
  • Good knowledge of crop production, experience in seed sales and practical organic farming would be an advantage.
  • You have your residence ideally within the sales and consulting area
  • You already have a network in the field of (organic) agriculture and local knowledge in the southern region.
  • You are interested in agriculture and always have your ear to the market
  • You always keep the overview and act with an open and empathic nature in a level-headed, obliging, customer-oriented and determined manner
  • You are creative and innovative, love to work independently and are good at organizing and planning.
  • You are willing to help build up the area of eco-consulting/sales and are happy that not everything is firmly defined in standards and processes yet.
  • You are in possession of a valid class B driver's license (BE and T are desirable) and regular business trips are compatible with your private life
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Furthermore you are able to communicate on a business fluent level with your German speaking clientele (English knowledge would be an advantage for our internal communication)
