You can look forward to this:

  • An essential part of this exciting challenge is the implementation and optimization of our sales-oriented variety consulting directly at the customer's site in order to provide them with products and services tailored to their needs
  • You will ensure that our customers are informed and advised in the best possible way, for example during field days or lectures
  • The organisation and implementation of these events are also your responsibility
  • You will maintain the customer data in our CRM system, which enables you to manage customer relationships optimally
  • Furthermore, you will collect market data and prepare potential analyses for your area of responsibility

 

Bring in your strengths:

  • You have a degree in agricultural sciences with a focus on plant production or a comparable training
  • In addition, you have already gained initial professional experience in the agricultural sector, ideally in the field of sales or customer service
  • You also have a valid class B driving license and are willing to travel to take care of your area of responsibility
  • You always keep the overview and act with an open and empathic nature in a level-headed, obliging, customer-oriented and determined manner
  • You are interested in developing yourself in a dynamic environment as well as identify with our corporate values: team spirit, proximity and trust, independence and foresight, and you can convey these to our customers
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you are fluent in German. Good English skills are an advantage
