We are looking for a full-time Area Consultant (m/f/d) to support our consulting team in the catchment area of the Könnern Sugar Factory in Sales Sugarbeet Germany of KWS SAAT SE & Co.KGaA. 

As Area Consultant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the continuous development of our customer portfolio and actively contribute to the sales strategy of KWS - products. 
 
The following is your responsibility with the role:

• Advising and supporting agricultural operations, sugar factories and stakeholders in the upstream and downstream sectors.

• Expanding the range of applications of sugarbeet for biogas and the use of sugarbeet in cattle and dairy cattle feeding

• Establishment and supervision of demonstration trials, as well as questions relevant to the area under practical conditions

• Organization and realization of lectures and field days

• Visitor support at KWS locations

 
Contribute your strengths:

• Ideally completed studies in agricultural sciences or similar qualification

• Good knowledge of crop production and basic knowledge/understanding of agricultural business management

• You are able to organize yourself well and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility for day trips

• You have good MS Office skills and confident use of digital media

• You demonstrate reliable analytical and independent teamwork, strategic thinking and organizational skills

• You are an open, honest and convincing personality

• You are able to react to current market-relevant topics in an agile manner

• You enjoy building a network around sugar beet and all its applications

• Fluent German (spoken and written) is a prerequisite and a basic knowledge of English rounds off your profile
