We are part of a leading global group specializing in the breeding, production, and distribution of seeds, with a strong focus on the future.
For the needs of our subsidiary in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, and Stara Zagora region (f/m/d) on a full-time basis.
Your Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our customers, distributors, and other partners within your assigned region.
- You will participate in the development of the company's regional growth strategy together with colleagues from the sales team and company management.
- You will be responsible for establishing demonstration trials and recording their results.
- You will organize and oversee the implementation of various agronomic activities on the company's demonstration fields within your assigned region.
- You will prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations related to the company's commercial activities in the region.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through a variety of other tasks.
Your Profile
- A university degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Ideally, you already have experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role within the agricultural sector.
- You possess a solid understanding of business relationships, demonstrate high professional ethics, and have good knowledge of the agricultural industry.
- You are proficient in all MS Office applications.
- Previous experience with Concur and/or Salesforce.com will be considered an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines set by management will be highly valued.
- You demonstrate a high level of loyalty and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Plant Protection Act, Environmental Protection Act, Seed and Planting Material Act, regulations regarding Plant Protection Products (PPP), and Occupational Health and Safety requirements will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is considered an advantage.
- Valid Category B driving license.
