What to expect

KWS UK Ltd. Is looking to recruit at the earliest opportunity a Sales Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Thriplow near Cambridge. As a Sales Coordinator you will be an integral part of the commercial team and the overall sales process.  

In this position you will support the Sales Manager, collaborate with the rest of the Commercial Team. You will be liaising with our customers on a regular basis ensuring the operational responsibilities of the Sales Team are met as well as ensuring our CRM system is up to date with sales activity data.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining smooth-running sales processes while being efficient, well-organised and pro-active.
  • Provide excellent service and build positive relationships with happy customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of company sales budgets
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for customers answering queries about products, orders and deliveries promptly by telephone, email and face to face.
  • Maintain, update and file accurate customer records on our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Process sales orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Aside from the above responsibilities, you arrange appointments and regularly visit customers and their sales teams in the UK; as well as trial sites to help promote products.


Your profile:

  • You’re known to be a commercially aware individual who prides themselves in having a high attention to detail and who thrives in an agricultural sales environment.

  • You’ll have had experience in liaising with customers previously through various avenues. Due to the importance of this, you’ll have fantastic written and verbal communication skills; and value the importance of customer satisfaction, understanding that your efforts will create a seamless customer journey.
  • You must have a track record of working to tight deadlines and an entrepreneurial self-motivating.
  • You hold a UK Driving License that enable you to travel throughout the UK.
