Join our team at the KWS Osiva where, the market leader in sales of agricultural seed in CZ, is - as part of its further expansion in the Czech market - opening a new position of Marketing Manager. The main task will be to support the KWS seed sales activities and strengthen the company's online and offline marketing. The employee in this position will work very closely locally with the Country Managers in CZ and internationally with the central marketing department (Einbeck, Germany) and communicate with external online and offline service providers. We are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of digitalization projects (implementation of apps and digital tools)
  • Creation, coordination, and implementation of offline and digital marketing plans and cross-crop and cross-divisional strategies,
  • Responsibility for digital marketing - social media strategy and content creation (social media channels, audio & video content), accounts administration, campaigns
  • Coordination of website development, SEO, online advertisement, evaluation of digital analytical tools
  • Organization and coordination of online and offline events for customers (webinars, field days, exhibitions, seminars)
  • Implementation of corporate design and image campaigns, close cooperation with central marketing, implementation of new procedures and campaigns adapted to local needs
  • Creation and coordination of product-related content, printed and online materials
  • Responsibility for Public Relations, press releases, PR articles
  • Implementation of E-commerce tools in cooperation with the headquarters
  • Development and implementation of customer journeys (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)
  • Ability to apply and implement all general KWS marketing recommendations and standards and adapt them to local practices and needs where appropriate
  • Steering one full-time marketing assistant
  • Reporting to Country managers

  • We are looking for a strong personality who can take the marketing activities of KWS OSIVA to the next level and is not afraid to come up with fresh new ideas
  • Highly skilled knowledge toolbox of online and offline marketing and the ability to put this knowledge into practice
  • High level of communication skills and stakeholder management locally and internationally, externally and internally
  • Taking responsibilities and being a highly proactive lead and manager, who drives things forward

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing tools (PPC, SEO, Facebook, YouTube) and Google Analytics is welcome
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech (native speaker) and English (B2).
  • Ability to create meaningful and readable texts as well as to adapt texts from existing EN/CZ materials
  • Previous experience with e-commerce (Salesforce - Marketing Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Team player, as well as being able to work independently
  • Willing to travel not only within the Czech Republic but also abroad
  • Willing to learn new things
