What you can expect in this role:
As an HR Advisor at KWS Vegetables, you will collaborate with the Global HR Business Partner on a global scale.
In this extraordinary role, you will foster a positive and supportive work environment, guide employees in setting career goals, and offer support in achieving them. Additionally, you will manage legal aspects of HR processes, knowing when to engage external assistance if necessary. You must excel in negotiation and effective communication, be ready to assist with operational HR tasks, and lead and coach a team comprising an HR assistant and a payroll administrator.
Furthermore, you will be expected to think strategically about the company's HR direction and contribute to the further development of HR strategy in the following areas:
- Change management
- Performance management
- Training development
- Recruitment selection
- Retention
- Succession planning
- Compensation benefits
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HRM
During your onboarding phase, we expect you to be present a few days a week at our location in Wageningen. Following onboarding, your role will be based in Andijk, the Netherlands.
Your profile:
You hold a minimum of a completed college education in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and possess at least 4 years of experience in an HR consulting role. International experience is imperative, and familiarity with the agro/food sector is advantageous. Given our international context, proficiency in both spoken and written English, as well as fluency in Dutch, is mandatory.
