Would you like to play a major role in the production and continuous improvement of our cereal seeds and be at the forefront of this exciting process? We are looking for a Seed breeding employees (m/f/d) within  KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA for our breeding station in Wetze/Northeim at the earliest possible date. This position will be permanent.

What you can look forward to:

• First and foremost, you will be responsible for sowing, care and harvesting work in the breeding gardens and the greenhouse
• Furthermore, the preparation of seeds in the storage tank as well as quality analyses in the laboratory belong to your field of activity
• They carry out crossing work in the breeding gardens and the greenhouse
• Particularly in the season, you will instruct and supervise temporary workers in simple activities
• You will also carry out any maintenance work on systems and buildings
   

You bring that with you:

• You have completed professional training as an agricultural technical assistant or plant technologist
• You are in possession of a valid driving licence for categories B, BE and L and ideally for category T
• You already have a certificate of competence in plant protection
• A high level of commitment and flexibility in all phases of the growing season is a matter of course for you
• You like to work together in a team and still convince through a very independent working method
• You are open for occasional trips in Europe for hybrid barley breeding
• Last but not least, you can express yourself fluently in German (written & oral)
