Would you like to gain practical experience in international sugarbeet production and contribute to the development of global knowledge transfer and monitoring activities? For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the Einbeck location we are looking for a Working student (m/f/d) to support our International Product Management & AgroService team. In this role, you will help us build and maintain international knowledge transfer systems, digital training programs, and monitoring processes that support sugarbeet production, crop protection, stewardship, and digital agriculture activities across multiple countries and markets. This position is for a limited period of 6 months from 01.11.2026 on a part-time basis (20 hours/week).

What awaits you:

• Build and maintain digital learning content and training programs on our online platform.
• Support international monitoring activities through sample coordination, troubleshooting, and process administration.
• Create dashboards, reports, and status updates that help drive transparency and decision-making.
• Develop practical manuals, guidelines, and training materials together with international experts.

This is what we want from you:

• You are a registered student (m/f/d) in the field of agricultural sciences or in a comparable course of studies
• You have a strong interest in agriculture, plant health, monitoring systems, digital solutions, and international collaboration.
• You enjoy organizing complex information and transforming knowledge into understandable training and communication materials.
• You are reliable and have good organizational skills, you are proactive and have an independent way of working
• You have very good PC user skills in basic programs such as the Office 365 package + the ability to familiarize quickly with new programmers and tech instruments
• You have a fluent command of written and spoken English or German
• Driving license (B/BE)
