KWS Semillas Iberica in Zaratan, Spain, is looking for an Agroservice Specialist (m/f/d). The main purpose of the position is to carry out a broad trial network in different crops, generate and communicate information about product performance, planning and coordination crop production. Moreover, support to the Product Manager & Sales team in the coordination & implementation of portfolio duties. This is full-time and permanent position.

Key responsabilites:  

• Perform a broad network of trials to generate information of the products to characterize them through yield and numerous agronomy field tests.

• Support in planning and coordination of all activities related to Hybrid Rye and other crops production

• Support sales reps in their demand generation activities, especially field-days, dealers & farmer meetings and most relevant technical interactions Support marketing activities as field days, technical merchandising, catalogue, technical platforms, head-to-head commercial trials, technical features of the products, among others.

• Support PM with trials results information and knowledge transfer activities to the commercial team (technical mainly) ensuring a solid value proposal to be communicated within and outside the organization

• Work close and provide support to agribusiness local agencies and key technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications 

• Preferentially, Agronomist Bachelor’s degree or other correlated courses in Agriculture or Biology. Specializations, Master or Doctorate are considered as a plus, but not mandatory

• Fluent Spanish & Business English (mandatory), Portuguese (not mandatory)

• Two to four years of experience leading trials, or working in seed industry (not mandatory)

• Office (Excel & Power Point mandatory), data analysis, among others

• Ability to travel and drive vehicles. Driver's license for trailer will be valued
