For KWS LOCHOW GmbH at the Bergen-Wohlde location, we are looking for a dedicated Caretaker (m/f/d) starting April 1, 2025, to actively support our team. In this diverse role, you will take on a variety of tasks related to the maintenance of our buildings and outdoor facilities. If you have manual skills, can work independently, and have a flexible, service-oriented mindset, we look forward to receiving your application. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Coordinating maintenance activities with external contractors (e.g., supply and disposal technology) and internal facility departments. 
• Supervising construction projects. 
• Performing maintenance and minor repairs. 
• General caretaker duties. 
• Documenting tasks using IT systems. 
• Performing courier services as needed. 
• Grounds maintenance (including winter services). 

Your profile: 

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally in heating or ventilation systems. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• Good German language skills and a valid Class B driver's license. 
• Independent and responsible working style with a strong service orientation. 
• Flexibility and commitment. 
• Good interpersonal skills.
