For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for an Associate Learning (m/f/d) for our Berlin office. If you are interested in working independently and service-oriented, and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player, and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you. This job is full-time (38h/week), hybrid (40% home-office) and limited to 2 years with the possibility for extension.

Your responsibility:

  • Facilitate the organization of internal, external, and language training, including logistics, scheduling, communication and updating of learning management platform.
  • Manage KWS training catalog, ensuring it is up to date with relevant training programs.
  • Manage training requests from employees and departments received through the ticketing system.
  • Maintain up to date training records, including trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Provide support for commercial processes related to training, from procurement to payment, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Create reports on training activities, including attendance, completion rates and cost allocations.
  • Provides first level support for the learning management platform.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement projects and initiatives related to training, identifying areas for enhancement and support with testing activities.
  • Works daily with different vendors to ensure close collaboration and the quality of the services provided.
  • Execute processes in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Safeguards for employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.

  

Your profile:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar relevant field; 
  • Desirable experience with a Shared Service organization;
  • Relevant experience in Training Administration;
  • Experience in MS Office, ERP and SuccessFactors Learning;
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure;
  • Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking
  • Resilience with a can-do attitude;
  • Open-minded and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail;
  • Customer orientation and extraordinary service attitude. 
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage.
