Accounts Payable serves as the entry channel for Finance and is the ideal way to understand how Finance works in practice. Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Intern in Accounts Payable (m/f/d). This is a full-time (38 hours/week) internship for up tp 6 months to start as soon as possible.  

 
Your responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Payable core processes including processing invoices.
• Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
• Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
• Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.

 
Bring Your Strengths:

• Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus. 
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
• First experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong experience with MS Office - Excel; Power BI is a plus. 
• Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
• Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
