As KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for a Lead (m/f/d) of S2P Service Enabling in our Source-to-Pay department, ensuring operational excellence, innovation, and compliance. You drive strategic initiatives, digitalization, and sustainability within procurement processes by leading a cross-functional team. 

 

This is a permanent position available full-time in Berlin

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership & People Management: Build, inspire and empower a diverse team (Data Analysts, Project Managers, Automation Leads, Sustainability & Risk Experts). Manage staffing, onboarding, and team development. Aim for excellence and capability building.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure service delivery, prioritize workload, and drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Enablement: Define enablement roadmap for adoption, training, and communication. Govern KPI transparency and measurable value realization.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain SOPs, lead audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish ESG and third-party risk frameworks.
  • Technology & Innovation: Govern S2P platforms, integrations, and automation portfolio (RPA, AI, low-code). Drive our Digital Transformation forward by identifying and implementing automation solutions. Ensure capability building.
  • Financial & Program Management: Manage annual and midterm budgeting (~1.5 MEUR).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Closely collaboration with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives, foster innovation, and deliver sustainable value. Build global networks, manage escalations, and represent topics at C-Level. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, S2P, Shared Services, or supply chain.
  • Leadership experience in COE/Excellence functions and global transformations.
  • Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PMP/Prince2, Prosci. 
     

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Business fluent in English; other languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in procurement principles, compliance, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) and ERP (SAP).
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), process mining (Celonis), and automation (UiPath/Power Platform).
  • Familiarity with ESG standards and third-party risk frameworks.
