Then join our great HR organization in the heart of Berlin at KWS Berlin GmbH as Lead (m/f/d) of a team of six international HR Business Partners for Central-, Southern-, Eastern Europe & Asia. Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure the HR Business Partners deliver high quality consulting services in all strategic and operational HR issues.

As our current position-holder has moved up within our organization, we are pleased to announce the availability of this full-time, permanent position. The place of employment is Berlin, Germany.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • You lead a highly motivated and committed HR Business Partner team and develop it further.
  • You coordinate the HR Business Partners at a regional level during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process.
  • You solve complex issues in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and control/manage the regional introduction of HR strategies and programs. 
  • You are the interface between the HR business partners, the other HR functions (Service Center and expert teams) and other functions within the company. 
  • Together with your team, you will create customized information, reports and analyses to support the company in its decision-making processes.
  • You will support the further development and implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and strategic priorities.
  • You will also support the introduction and monitoring of KWS-wide HR policies, standards, rules and guidelines and adapt them to local requirements together with your team.
  • You will ensure appropriate representation in local institutions in the region by the HR Business Partners.
  • You carry out improvement projects and allocate the appropriate resources.
  • You are part of the extended leadership circle of the global HR organization and part of the HR Business Partner leadership team.

 

Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in psychology, business administration, law or a comparable course of study
  • Several years of successful leadership experience 
  • Many years of professional experience in management and human resources in a global company
  • Sound knowledge of human resources and labor relations, ideally with international experience
  • Good experience and knowledge in change management and change process support
  • Excellent customer orientation and entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, along with strategical understanding and problem-solving mentality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, relationship and influencing skills with a high degree of diplomacy
  • Very good communication skills, fluent in English (oral & written), other languages an advantage
  • High mobility and flexibility (40%+ of the time)
