Join our dynamic Global Finance & Controlling team as M&A Finance Manager (m/f/d) at KWS Berlin GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of international M&A projects – from identifying and evaluating potential targets, through financial and tax due diligence, to successful post-merger integration. You will work closely with internal experts and external advisors and serve as the central point of contact for all financial aspects of transactions. This job is unlimited and full-time in Berlin.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate strategic M&A opportunities with global reach in collaboration with the Business Units
- Lead financial and tax due diligence processes in cooperation with internal experts and external partners
- Develop and review complex valuation models (DCF, EBITDA multiples) and scenario analyses
- Prepare investment decisions and presentations for senior management
- Manage cross-functional deal teams throughout the entire transaction process – from screening to integration
- Support contract negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop post-acquisition models to measure integration success
Your Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or CFA is a plus
- Solid experience in M&A, Deal Advisory, or Investment Banking
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling
- Proven experience with international M&A transactions
- Knowledge of financial regulations and integration processes
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and stakeholder management capabilities
